Case Studies - Rocklands Luxury Apartments

Rocklands is a unique development situated in the heart of Newquay. It's a beautiful contemporary design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and has luxurious interiors designed to create a unique living experience. It houses thirty-six apartments and two penthouses, all perched on top of a cliff overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay.
Every apartment has been designed to make sure that your time there is time well spent. They’re contemporary, luxurious and they all have stunning views.
Arena Tiling were the tile contractors employeed to lay 3500m2 of Polished marmol floor tiles imported from China throughout the whole development. The apartments were not the norm for a UK development from a tiling point of view. The reason being all floors throughout the apartments and communal areas were tiled this included lounge areas and bedrooms, our international experience of understanding this type of requirement put us in a good position to professionally offer the standard the contractor and client desired. Many areas had to have the 600x600 format tiles cut to skirtings this continued up and down both the east and west wing staircases.
The bathrooms and ensuites also incorporated full height wall tiling again this was a reconstituted marble tile in a large format, with a copper feature wall to bathrooms.
The Rocklands development is clearly a flagship development for Newquay and the quality of the tiling on such a large scale for a housing development has been commended and noted by many, and is a fantastic example of the quality Arena Tiling specialise in and never fail to offer time and time again. |
